Solar Care Privacy Policy
The "Solar Care" software and related services refer to the client application legally owned and operated by Xiamen Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") under the name "Solar Care". Solar Care fully understands the importance of your personal information. Your trust is very important to us, and we will protect your personal information and privacy in accordance with laws, regulations, and industry best practices. We hope that you will carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using Solar Care and related services, so as to make appropriate choices.
This Privacy Policy will help you understand:
1. We will collect and use your information in compliance with this Privacy Policy, but we will not bundle and collect personal information in a one‑size‑fits‑all manner simply because you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. When you use or enable certain functions or services, we will collect and use relevant information as necessary to realize those functions or services. If you use one or more services provided by us or our affiliates that have their own separate privacy policies, those services or products shall be governed by the respective privacy policies. If no independent privacy policy has been established, this Policy also applies to those products or services.
### Identity Verification
When you use identity verification functions or services, you may be required to provide your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number) to complete real‑name verification, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In special and necessary circumstances, for security reasons, in order to ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify the information you provide and confirm your identity through "facial recognition". This information is sensitive personal information. You may refuse to provide it, but you may not be able to obtain the related services, without affecting the normal use of other functions or services.
### Account Recovery
You can recover your account through the account recovery function. To protect the security of your account, we may ask you to fill in relevant information for verification when you recover your account. If necessary, we may verify your identity through real‑name verification, facial recognition, or other means.
### Message Notifications
You understand and agree that for the contact information you provide while using our products and/or services (e.g., phone number), we may send various types of notifications to one or more of these contact methods during our operations, for purposes such as user notifications, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, and dispute resolution. In addition, we may also use the phone numbers collected in the foregoing process to send you commercial information by SMS or phone call, such as services, features, or activities that may interest you. However, please rest assured that if you do not wish to receive such information, you can unsubscribe using the method provided in the SMS message, or contact us directly to unsubscribe.
### User Feedback and Service
1. Customer service and issues: To facilitate contact with you, help resolve your problems as quickly as possible, or record the solutions and results of issues, we may retain communications/call records and related content (including account information, feedback, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or your contact information).
2. When you complain about others or are complained about by others, in order to protect your and others' legitimate rights and interests, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and complaint‑related content to consumer protection authorities and regulatory agencies to resolve the complaint or dispute in a timely manner, unless prohibited by laws or regulations.
3. To enable product/service providers to contact you effectively and handle your complaints in a timely manner, you agree that we may obtain the personal information you provided when making a complaint from our partners and share it with the corresponding product/service provider.
4. For reasonable needs to provide services and improve service quality, we may also use other information about you, including the information you provide when contacting customer service and the questionnaire responses you send to us when participating in surveys. ### Device Information and Log Information
1. To ensure the security of the software service and your account, as well as the quality and efficiency of service operation, we collect your hardware model, operating system version, device name, device configuration, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), unique device identifiers, network device hardware address (MAC address), IP address, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, and service logs.
2. To prevent malicious programs, ensure service security, and improve browsing experience, we collect installed application information or running process information, overall application operation, usage and frequency, application crashes, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application source.
3. To analyze statistical indicators such as new installations, activations, retention, and performance, we may call the clipboard to perform attribution analysis of relevant statistical information. Please rest assured that we will not collect your private information.
4. We may use your account information, device information, service log information, as well as information that our affiliates and partners may share with your authorization or in accordance with law, to determine account security, application launch activity and events, perform identity verification, and detect and prevent security incidents.

Please understand that in the following circumstances, we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your prior authorization and consent, in accordance with laws, regulations, and relevant national standards:
a. Where it is related to our performance of obligations under laws and regulations;
b. Where it is directly related to national security or national defense security;
c. Where it is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
d. Where it is directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or enforcement of judgments;

Please note that if information cannot identify you as an individual, either alone or in combination with other information, it is not considered your personal information under the law. When information can identify you as an individual (either alone or in combination with other information), or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific individual with other personal information about you, such information will be treated and protected as your personal information under this Privacy Policy during the period of combination.
### Sharing Principles

### Account Cancellation
You may apply for account cancellation in the "User Profile" section of Solar Care. Before cancelling your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. For the cancellation process and details, please refer to the Cancellation Agreement. You understand and agree that account cancellation is irreversible. After you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize relevant information about you, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or relevant national standards.
### Amendments to the Privacy Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend any provision of this Privacy Policy at any time. If the content of this Privacy Policy changes, the Company will post the amended Privacy Policy directly on our official website. Such posting shall be deemed that the Company has notified you of the changes. The Company may also notify users of the changes through other appropriate means. If you do not agree to the amendments made by the Company to the relevant provisions of this Privacy Policy, you have the right to stop using the Company's services. If you continue to use the Company's services, you will be deemed to have accepted the amendments made by the Company to the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
